Call today and get 50% off of your estate plan! Sounds good, right? This should bring in LOADS of eager estate planning clients who are beating a path to your door. After spending thousands of dollars for targeted mailing lists, design services for a wonderful postcard and postage you find that the results for your marketing campaign are far less than stellar. But, why? Because offer-driven marketing doesn’t work for estate planning services. Well, let me clarify, offer-driven marketing doesn’t work for people with whom you have no existing relationship. I will be the first to admit that I have not done extensive research to find the root cause of the failure of offer-driven marketing. But I have spent years talking to estate planning prospects and clients and I think there are two key reasons. 1. Because people don’t necessarily love the idea of developing a plan that will prepare their family for their death. This is not fun for most people and they are not motivated to do this by money. 2. Because people know that when they do estate planning they will be sharing every detail of their lives with their lawyer. They will have to disclose all of their financial information and sometimes not-so-pretty details of their family life. Most people want to share this information only with people they know and trust. What does this mean to you in terms of marketing your estate planning practice? It means that you need to find ways to showcase your expertise and allow potential clients to get to know you.

Affiliate marketing for chiropractors is relatively new in the profession and hasn’t caught on yet like it has within the general internet marketing community. That being said, there’s an explosion and massive income shift that’s going to happen this year that hundreds of chiropractors are going to be part of.
While many folks are swimming in negativity about the state of the current economy, I submit to you there’s never been a better opportunity to build an additional stream of income on top of your current chiropractic practice. This can be accomplished with strategic internet marketing for chiropractors. The true beauty is, you can start from scratch and don’t even need an ounce of prior experience.
We’ve all witnessed chiropractic marketing change substantially in the last three years. It’s hard to deny the worldwide shift in communication that’s happened right in front of our noses. This new dynamic has given rise to an enormous opportunity for the select few chiropractors who choose to take-hold of it. Chances are, you may be asking yourself, “What are you speaking about?”
I’m specifically talking about an opportunity to STOP being a victim of ruthless insurance conglomerates who hold your meager $15 check (for an hour of service on your part) for a few months. Believe me, I know the pain and frustration! I’m very familiar with the pain of not getting compensated what you really deserve and having them send you check for pennies months after. It’s a constant slap in the face that many chiropractors take daily from the big insurance “cartel.”

Marketing tips on a budget
1. Don’t waste money on advertising…for 95% of the business population this is a pointless exercise in terms of lead generation and also carries a huge cost.
2. Use your current client list…most of you won’t know that you can actually achieve more from existing clients. Be honest with yourself, do all of your clients know everything that you do?
3. Give your clients news of your business that is progressive. For example, “Hi John, just thought I would give you a call to see if there is anything else we can do for you at the moment – whilst I am on the phone, we have just installed a new widget machine to bring the cost of widgets down for our clients.” If you tell your target market that you are investing in new people/kit/expansion then they will have an impression that you are a stable and successful company.
4. Editorial…lots of local news and trade magazines will take good quality copy from you and publish it in the business news section for free. If you can strike an ongoing relationship up with editors and you always submit good newsworthy copy that is not a big sales pitch for your business then you will eventually get them calling you for you to help them fill a space! Remember, there are 1000′s of trade magazines in the UK – most sectors have 4 or 5.
